We collect the following categories of Personal Information from consumers:

Identifiers: Real name, phone number, physical property address, and email address.

Visual/Audio Data: Video recordings and photographic media of property interiors provided by you for the purpose of receiving an estimate.

Commercial Information: Details regarding the estate items, property volume, and services requested.

Sensitive Legal Documentation: Copies of government-issued IDs, Letters Testamentary, Probate documents, or Trust paperwork uploaded strictly to verify your legal authority to authorize clearing services.

Financial Information: Payment card details and billing information are collected securely via our third-party encrypted contracting platform (DocuSign) and tokenized via our payment gateway (Authorize.net). We do not store raw credit card numbers directly on our internal servers.

Technical & Digital Signatures: IP addresses, browser types, and digital signature timestamps are collected during the execution of our digital contracts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information collected strictly to:

  • Provide remote, flat-rate clearing estimates.
  • Verify legal authorization, facilitate project scheduling, and securely execute service contracts.
  • Process authorized payments, retainers, and finalized project balances.
  • Communicate with you regarding services, logistics, and updates.
  • Prevent fraud and legally defend against unauthorized credit card disputes.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers. We only disclose specific categories of personal information to trusted Service Providers under strict operational requirements:

  • Independent B2B Vendors: To protect your privacy, we only share anonymized photos and videos with our vendor network to generate estimates. The physical property address is strictly withheld and only released to the specific vendor assigned to your project. Client names, contact details, and legal documents are never shared.
  • Payment Processors and Banks: We share necessary contracting, identity, and financial information with our merchant acquirers and payment gateways (e.g., DocuSign, Authorize.net) strictly to process authorized transactions, verify identity, and defend against fraudulent chargeback claims.
  • NAID-Certified Destruction Facilities: To protect confidentiality, the Company facilitates the transfer of incidental physical sensitive documents (PII) discovered on-site during our operations to a third-party NAID-certified facility for secure destruction (limited to one standard 64-gallon secure container).

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know and Access: You have the right to request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.

6. Data Security and Retention

We utilize enterprise-grade, 256-bit AES encryption to store all submitted visual media and legal documents. In accordance with strict data minimization practices, sensitive files may be routinely purged from our active servers following the execution of our final service contract to protect client liability, expressly excluding records required for legal, tax, banking, or contractual obligations.
