How Our Process Works
Mandatory Legal Authorization
To protect the liability of the estate, proof of legal authority and valid identification will be strictly required. We work exclusively with legally authorized Executors, Administrators, Trustees, and Property Owners.

2. RAPID ASSESSMENT
We conduct a walkthrough to verify volume and lock in your flat-rate. You then receive your digital contract.
3. SECURE YOUR START DATE
Sign your contract with a $500 Scheduling Hold (applied to your total) to officially lock your 72-hour clearout dates. The remaining balance is processed on Day 1.
